INCIDENT DEBRIEF

The presentation uses a case study as a launching point to discuss risks and best practices around bridge jumper calls. The incident was a 12-hour negotiation that, while ultimately successful, was extremely high-risk, and highlighted some areas of weakness in our training and practices.
