INCIDENT DEBRIEF

A suicidal subject experiencing a psychological crisis entered a T-Mobile retail store on Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade while armed with two knives. SMPD CNT responded and conducted a lengthy face-to-face negotiation, eventually convincing the subject to drop the knives and surrender himself.
