INCIDENT DEBRIEF

Using bodycam footage, Dr. Andy Young will analyze communication strategies and tactics used during negotiations with a suicidal jumper with a complex psychiatric history. Specific attention will be given to adapting negotiation strategies based on previously obtained knowledge of the subject, and on negotiating with someone with a high likelihood of engaging with the team in future incidents.
