Dr. Andy Young will analyze the negotiations with a subject wanted for the murder of his 2-month-old child. Special attention will be given to the secondary negotiator/coach and how to support the primary negotiator in such situations. A focus will be placed on using active listening skills during an extended and challenging negotiation.
