SEMINAR

This course allows students to recognize the importance of tactical decision-making and identify factors that influence operational decisions, and integrate these concepts as a foundation into team training. The course creates familiarity with a team training needs assessment through an individual and collective task gap analysis, leading to the creation of a draft annual training calendar. The course concludes with a discussion to create awareness of maximizing training through the incorporation of adult learning techniques to establish the best conditions for motor skill and durable learning.
