This presentation will focus on the assessment, selection, training, development, and mentorship of personnel working in specialized units. Taught by former Special Forces personnel, past experiences, and processes will be discussed, including what works and what does not. It brings a unique perspective to law enforcement selection processes and focuses on ways to enhance retention and leadership success.
