Rosales, Rafael
Rafael Rosales has served with the Austin Police Department for 24 years. During his career, he spent over a decade as a SWAT officer, where he held roles including Team Leader, Operations Planner, Tactical Trainer, and Entry Team Member. Following a promotion, Rafael left the team in 2019, but returned in 2022 as a supervisor. He currently serves as one of three SWAT sergeants.
