Rollin, Monique
Monique Rollin is a retired Inspector ( 20 plus year negotiator and instructor) from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service in Ontario Canada, now a trainer and consultant and has spoken at several CN conferences. She has developed Dept. of Justice accredited Crisis Negotiator training in the maritime provinces in Canada for municipal police services and recently delivered Crisis Negotiator refresher training including a trauma-informed approach to several services in Ontario. For almost two years she has been a consultant with the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police developing a National Trauma-Informed Response Model for policing in Canada.
