Todd, GavinConstable Gavin Todd has over 21 years of experience in public order and public safety, with a focus on training and instruction. For the past 15 years, he has held various roles within the Police Service of Northern Ireland, including Public Order Instructor, Water Cannon Instructor, and Public Order Public Safety Command Instructor. Gavin has trained officers in crowd control, water cannon operation, and strategic decision-making, both locally and internationally, including in Oman. As Lead Public Order Public Safety Advisor, he has provided guidance to operational commanders to ensure adherence to best practices and National Guidelines. Gavin holds a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching and a Level 4 NVQ in Spectator Safety Management, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence.
