Sayers, JohnChief Inspector John Sayers has dedicated 29 years to serving as a police officer and currently holds the position of Head of Tactical Training for the Police Service of Northern Ireland. In this role, he is responsible for the organizational training of various critical areas, including firearms, public order and public safety training (with a focus on commanders), close protection training, personal safety programs, dog training, boat training, driver training, and search training. Throughout his career, John has worked in various roles across policing, holding key positions within the Police Service of Northern Ireland in local policing, professional standards, and headquarters. Additionally, John is an experienced Silver and Bronze Public Order Commander, as well as a Tactical Firearms Commander.
