Green, Dale
Dale Green is the Program Leader of the DHS Office for Bombing Prevention's (OBP) Unit-Level Counter-IED Assessments program. He is a retired member of one of the largest police departments in the country, where he served as a full-time Hazardous Devices and Materials Specialist and Underwater Hazardous Devices Technician. He also served as a Tactical Bomb Technician, providing direct support to law enforcement tactical teams during operations. Mr. Green is one of the creators and founding members of the National Maritime Counter-IED Program and served as a curriculum developer and primary instructor for the FBI Hazardous Devices School's Maritime Bomb Technician training pipeline. In addition, he is a veteran of U.S. Military Special Operations, where he served with a national-level counterterrorism and hostage rescue team.
