Cimballa, Christopher
Chris Cimballa is a graduate of Allegheny College and Duquesne University School of Law. A Cleveland, Ohio native, He has been with Welby Stoltenberg Cimballa & Cook since 2005 and became an equity partner in 2016. He has experience representing law enforcement officers, corrections officers, and a broad array of public sector employees. Cimballa's practice areas focus on a variety of different proceedings, including officer involved uses of force, collective bargaining, mediations, grievance and interest arbitrations, Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act hearings, civil service and local/administrative agency law proceedings, worker's compensation/work injury matters, pension benefits litigation, civil rights litigation and virtually any manner of legal disputes between public sector employees and their employers. His experience defending employee rights extends to appellate litigation, where he has appeared in numerous cases before Common Pleas Courts, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
