Cipolla, Constantino
Constantino Cipolla is a 23-year law enforcement veteran who currently serves in a mid-size municipal law enforcement agency in McHenry County, IL. Cipolla is currently assigned as a patrol operations supervisor holding the rank of Sergeant, and oversees his agency's tactical and firearms training program. Cipolla has had an extensive law enforcement career including assignments in training, as a major crimes detective, tactical firearms/rifle instructor, executive protection, Police K9 Training and SWAT operations. He is currently assigned to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office's Multi-Jurisdictional SWAT Team, first as a full-time ballistic shield operator, then eventually promoted to assistant team leader and a member of their HRT Team.
