

Workman, ChristopherChristopher Workman is a career police officer with over 23 years of law enforcement experience and more than 30 years as a first responder. Currently serving as a Chief of Police, he has become a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, particularly within the law enforcement community. He has dedicated himself to supporting officers and providing resources to those in need.
He holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences, along with a certificate in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Christopher is a strong advocate for open dialogue around mental health and is committed to breaking the stigma surrounding help-seeking in law enforcement. He brings these issues to the forefront through his podcast, The DeepBlu Project, and his recently published book, Silence Behind the Blue Wall: Surviving the Mental Health Stigma in Police Culture.
In addition to his leadership role in law enforcement, Chief Workman serves as the 2nd Vice President of the FBI-LEEDA Executive Board, Vice Chair of the IACP Smaller Department Section, and a founding board member of the Small & Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association. He is also a consultant and advisor with Lighthouse Health & Wellness and actively participates on several other boards and committees.
