Our CEO and lead architect, John Dowd, is a former SEAL Platoon Commander with extensive expertise in the assessment, selection, training, development, and mentorship of elite forces at the highest levels of SOF and federal law enforcement. SOFware LLC approaches these communities with the same humility, commitment, and passion that they bring to their own critical mission sets. Our mission is to enhance people systems for organizations that risk their lives to protect ours.
