McMillion, Lee Chester
Lee McMillion has been an LAPD officer for 37 years, 25 of which in D Platoon (SWAT) at all four ranks. He has a master's in public administration from the University of Southern California and is a Fulbright scholar having researched critical incident response and counterterrorism throughout the United Kingdom from September 2011 to March 2012.
