She specializes in supporting the mental health and resiliency of first responders, including police officers, SWAT operators, EMS personnel, firefighters, and critical care nursing staff.
As founder of AHN Sentinel, Dr. Krumeich leads a program dedicated to enhancing first responder wellness through evidence-based training, peer support, and critical incident debriefings. Sentinel partners with public safety agencies and district attorney offices to provide tailored, practical strategies that prevent burnout, manage stress, and mitigate trauma exposure in high-pressure environments.
