

Brandt, RobertAfter being born in Staten Island, NY, Rob grew up in Tucson Arizona after his family
moved when he was a child. Rob worked and attended college before being hired by the
Federal Bureau of Prisons. In 1995 Rob joined the Tucson Police Department where he
served as a member for 29 years. His career with the department was both diverse and
exciting, working in a variety of assignments and serving the Tucson community.
In July of 2022, Rob was asked to assist in developing the Department's first Wellness
Unit. In this assignment, Rob's mission was the well-being of all department members,
and retirees. He managed several programs designed to improve the health and wellness
of department members, all centered around BC'’s Struggle Well program.
After retiring from Tucson Police Rob joined the Boulder Crest Family and serves as a
Regional Director for the foundations, Struggle Well program. In this position Rob focuses
on maintaining existing partnerships and developing new ones with public safety agencies
to deliver BC's Struggle Well program to our Nation's first responders.
Rob lives in Tucson where he loves spending time with his wife, three children and two
grandchildren.
The purpose of my life is to make the world a better place through service to others, I had
been fortunate to do that for many years as a police officer and now I am blessed to
continue my purpose in serving others in my position with the Boulder Crest Foundation.
