With over 40 years of executive level experience leading 400-plus organizations in government and industry, Dr. Sam Frye is an international strategist, teacher, and facilitator with over 35 years of pastoral ministry of which 25-plus years includes police chaplain, police officer, crisis negotiator, and mental health counselor. He is a Master Credentialed Chaplain and Instructor with the International Conference of Police Chaplains, Deployment Chaplain with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team for Law Enforcement and Samaritan's Purse, and Instructor for the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Service and Virginia's Crisis Intervention Team Coalition.
