Rob Morris began his law enforcement career in 1990 with the Santa Maria, CA Police Department. He served as a Field Training Officer, Detective, Patrol Sergeant, and Detective Bureau Sergeant. Having been on SWAT since 1995, Robert has served as an operator, scout, and Team Leader. He has extensive teaching experience in Arrest and Control Tactics, Firearms, Chemical Agents, Flash sound Diversionary Devices, Less Lethal, First Aid/CPR, Active Shooter Response, and SWAT Team Leader Development.
