Scott Robertson has attended numerous tactical and negotiations related courses including, LAPD. Basic and Advanced SWAT, TEES Explosive Entry, NTOA Command Course, and Basic & Advanced Negotiation classes. At the time of this incident, Scott was the Team Commander.
